Yes. Citywide programs are a core job. For Pacifichem, attendees were spread across Waikiki and needed to reach the Hawaii Convention Center in an orderly way. The operation used a trolley system plus motorcoaches for key properties, with staff on the ground through the day. Send the hotel list and the session times.

Recent work includes the Pokémon World Championships (about 25,000 attendees), Pacifichem (about 10,000), the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade (about 4,000 students), and an EO dinner for about 2,000. Headcount is the first planning question because vehicles, staffing, and permits all depend on it.

Dates, including load-in, approximate attendance, the hotel list if it is a citywide, the events that need production or staffing, and any access limits such as a military base, a museum, or a permit. A finished run-of-show is not required. A one-page brief is enough to request a custom quote.
They are usually one program. Transportation gets people to the activity, local staff meet them, and the tour or event is timed to the same manifest. Booking the pieces together avoids a motorcoach arriving with nobody to receive the group. A single service can still be booked on its own.
